Your order is dispatched normally within two working days after clearance of payment. It might take up to 10 days until it arrives to you.<\/p>

You can be sure that your order will be processed fast, and safely delivered to any part of the world. However, I will not be held responsible for items delayed by postal strikes, or delays beyond my control, i.e. public holidays. All orders are shipped via Israel Post's registered airmail service.<\/p>

Shipping within Israel can be done by a courier. Please ask for the current price.\n\nPlease check with your customs authority about possible customs fees (but usually they won\u2019t charge you).<\/p>

I stand behind my products, all returns must be pre-authorized within 7 business days of product delivery.<\/p>

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.<\/p>

The merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packing and enclose the receipt or invoice.<\/p>

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.<\/p>
